When The New Era opened in February 1990 – coinciding exactly with the nation’s move for democracy it did indeed herald a new era – the beginning of the 90's, a new age where women could hold their own ground in the professional arena as well as the birth of a new Nepal.

I have felt that every year is like a new beginning – every day is the 1st day of the rest of our lives. And that is how I like to think of The New Era – always beginning something new, always learning and always experimenting with new ideas with the hope that all our trainees undergo training in a conducive environment where they can convert challenges into opportunities for self-growth and our clients benefit from the services that we provide.

The New Era began with a mission to provide professional training programs and services and has fortunately been able to maintain an image of excellence in training and obtain high levels of performance from the trainees that leave our institute to embark on their respective careers.
